The Town of Vail staff in collaboration with Vail Recreation District is preparing to celebrate the grand reopening of the renovated Dobson Arena with a series of community-focused events designed to showcase the upgraded facility, recognize the investment made in this important community asset, and welcome residents and visitors back to the venue.

C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) to hold a conference with the Town Attorney, to receive legal advice on specific legal questions; and C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e) to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop a strategy for negotiations and instruct negotiators on the topics of: 1) West Lionshead Pre-Development Agreement and 2) Timber Ridge Village development project; and
2. C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) to hold a conference with the Town Attorney, to receive legal advice on specific legal question regarding 1) COLORADO MOTOR CARRIERS ASSOCIATION v, TOWN OF VAIL and POLICE CHIEF RYAN KENNEY Civil Action No.: 1:23-cv-02752-CNS-STV.
